Introduction

Welcome to Divyam Wellness. By accessing our website divyamwellness.in or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Divyam Wellness.

Nature of Services

Divyam Wellness provides personalised wellness coaching, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle consultation services. By booking with us, you acknowledge the following:

• Our services are for general health and wellness guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• If you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified doctor before starting any wellness programme.
• Results vary from person to person based on individual lifestyle, health conditions, and consistency.
• We do not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes.

Booking & Consultation

• The ₹9 consultation fee is a one-time introductory offer for a 10–15 minute 1-on-1 session.
• After completing payment, your slot will be confirmed via WhatsApp within 2 hours.
• You are responsible for being available at the scheduled time. If you miss your slot without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled session by contacting us on WhatsApp.
• Divyam Wellness reserves the right to reschedule a session in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.

Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• The ₹9 consultation fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except in cases where Divyam Wellness cancels the session.
• If we are unable to honour your booked slot for any reason on our end, a full refund of ₹9 will be issued within 5–7 business days.
• Refund requests for any other reason will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
• For refund requests, contact us at info@divyamwellness.in within 48 hours of your booking.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during booking and consultation.
• Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns to your coach before the session.
• Follow the guidance provided at your own discretion and responsibility.
• Not share your personalised plan or coaching materials with others without permission.
• Treat our coaches and staff with respect during all interactions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and wellness plans — is the intellectual property of Divyam Wellness and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Personalised plans and materials shared during your consultation are for your personal use only.

Testimonials & Results

• Testimonials and before/after results shown on our website are from real clients who have consented to share their experiences.
• Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee the same results for every client.
• Results depend on individual effort, consistency, lifestyle, and health conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divyam Wellness shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Any adverse health effects resulting from following our wellness guidance without disclosing a pre-existing medical condition.
• Any technical issues with third-party services (e.g. Razorpay, WhatsApp) that may affect your booking or communication.

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (i.e. ₹9).

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
